HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?

We ask for at least two weeks notice for celebration cakes and one weeks notice for cupcake and brownie/blondie orders. We do not do same or next day delivery as all of our products are made to order. Our diary fills up fast and so we recommend enquiring with plenty of time to spare to avoid disappointment. Rarely can we do last minute orders. 

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Customers can collect from us in Westerleigh, Bristol. Collections can be made from 9.30am-14:00pm Monday - Friday and from 9:00am - 11am on Saturday. Please note no collections on Sundays. 

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes we offer delivery within South Gloucestershire and most areas of Bristol. We do not deliver to Nailsea, Weston-Super-Mare, Avonmouth or Portishead. Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday. We do not deliver on weekends. Deliveries will take place between 9.30am - 11.30am. Please make sure that there will be somebody in to receive the goods as due to the nature of our products we cannot leave them on the doorstep. We are happy to leave them in a safe place if instructed. 

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

Delivery charges will apply depending on the delivery postcode. Deliveries will only be attempted once to one confirmed address and a contact number will be required. Any additional delivery points will incur extra charges. We will not be able to refund you in the event that goods could not be received at the delivery point. 

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY? 

Unfortunately we do not offer same day delivery or next day delivery due to the nature of our services. 

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit up front as this will secure your date and is to ensure on the rare occasion of no shows, we are not left out of pocket. If we do not receive the deposit then this means that your booking and date is not secure and therefore is open to other bookings. Products will not be made until paid in full. Full payment is to be made one week before the delivery/collection date. All deposits are non-refundable. If you require your product within two weeks notice then we require you to pay in full at the time of booking. Anything over two weeks will be subject to the 50% deposit at the time of booking. 

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept PayPal, Debit/Credit card or bank transfer. When ordering please advise us of your preference and we will send you all the necessary details. 

CAN YOU MATCH CAKE DESIGNS? 

We do not take orders for exact cakes and no cake is exactly the same. We will try to match a design you have provided to the best we can but we reserve the right to our creative freedom/inturpretation. Exact colour matches are not possible. 

 

We will not be held responsible for customer disappointment of the design or the interpretation of the cake as long as it is made in line with the customer’s pre agreed requirements set out in the order confirmation and will face no consequent liability. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all details within the order confirmation are correct and meet their exact requirements.

DO YOU CATER FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES?

We currently offer gluten free  and vegan options, if you'd like more information then please get in touch via the contact form. We cannot guarantee that our products do not contain traces of nuts, dairy or gluten as we work in a kitchen where these are stored. Please let us know if you have any allergy requirements when enquiring.
