HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can call 07734703270 or simply complete the contact form and we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss further or to arrange a consultation.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?
Ideally two weeks in advance, however where possible we will try and accommodate last minute orders.
WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
As we are a home-based bakery, we ask customers to collect between 9:00am - 5:00pm on week days and between 9:00am - 4:00pm on Saturdays. As this is a guide, we can arrange an alternative time if these hours are inconvenient.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes we offer delivery within South Gloucestershire and Bristol. We are happy to deliver to the following postcodes: BS4, BS7, BS8, BS9, BS15, BS16, BS30, BS31, BS32, BS34, BS35, BS36, BS37.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
Delivery charges may apply. Deliveries will only be attempted once to one confirmed address and a contact number will be required. Any additional delivery points will incur extra charges. We will not be able to refund you in the event that goods could not be received at the delivery point.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Deposits are based on the specific item. This will be discussed with the customer upon ordering.
All deposits are non-refundable.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept PayPal, cash or bank transfer. When ordering please advise us of your preference and we will send you all the necessary details.
DO YOU CATER FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES?
We currently offer gluten free and vegan options, if you'd like more information then please get in touch via the contact form. We cannot guarantee that our products do not contain traces of nuts, dairy or gluten as we work in a kitchen where these are stored.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Unfortunately we do not offer same day delivery or next day delivery due to the nature of our services.
